How do I partner with Kick?

Australian retailers can partner with Kick Cashback in two ways: through the self-service merchant portal at kickpay.co/merchant/login, or by joining the cashback portal network via email to info@kickcashback.com. Both routes are open to legitimate Australian businesses with a working online store, and pricing is performance-based — you only pay commission on actual referred sales.
The two partnership models
1. Self-service merchant integration
Best suited to retailers who want hands-on control of their offers, promotions and reporting. You set up your account at kickpay.co/merchant/login, configure the commission rate you're comfortable paying, link your existing partner network feed or supply Kick with the necessary tracking parameters, and your store goes live in the portal once Kick has completed verification. You retain full control of your offer at any time and can pause or adjust the commission rate as your marketing budget changes.
2. Portal network partnership (Kick-managed)
Best suited to retailers who'd prefer Kick to handle the heavy lifting. Email info@kickcashback.com with your business name, ABN, website URL, the partner network you're on (or that you'd like to join), and a brief note about what categories you sell. The Kick partnerships team will respond within 1-2 business days with a proposal covering commission rate, promotional support, and onboarding timing.
Eligibility requirements
- Registered Australian business. Valid ABN and a registered trading name.
- Working online store. Functional checkout, published refund policy, and contact information visible on the site.
- Australian audience focus. You ship to Australia, accept AUD, and serve Australian shoppers (international retailers serving Australians are also welcome).
- Partner network membership (or willingness to join). Kick uses the major partner networks for tracking and payment; the network handles the underlying tech.
- Compliance with Australian Consumer Law. Standard fair-trading obligations.

What does it cost?
Nothing upfront — Kick is performance-based. You pay a commission only when Kick refers a customer who completes a confirmed purchase. You set the commission rate (subject to network minimums) and you can adjust it at any time. There's no monthly listing fee, no setup fee, and no minimum spend. The partner network the sale runs through takes a small share of the commission as their network fee, and the rest funds Kick's portal placement and the cashback paid back to the shopper.

How long does onboarding take?
Self-service: typically 24-48 hours from sign-up to live on the portal, including Kick's verification of retailer authenticity and tracking quality. Managed onboarding: 3-7 business days depending on whether you're joining a new partner network as part of the process.
