The rates you earn at 1,000+ Australian and international retailers, paid into your bank account instantly (receiving banks can take 1-3 business days to show the funds) with no minimum claim, are the headline value. We don't try to mask a worse cashback rate behind a flashy one-off bonus, which is the pattern shoppers often regret signing up for elsewhere.
What we currently offer new shoppers
From time to time we run a small welcome credit for first-time shoppers — typically a few dollars added once your first eligible purchase moves to Available to claim. Cashback bonuses are only credited once the eligible transaction is approved by the merchant, and this approval may take some time — the exact timing depends on the retailer confirming your purchase (for example, after any return or cancellation window has passed). Why we don't run very large sign-up bonuses
Big sign-up bonuses are usually funded one of two ways: by paying shoppers a lower ongoing cashback rate, or by adding a hidden minimum-spend or hold period before the bonus is released. Both approaches make the value worse for shoppers who stick around for the long term.
