2. Find the store you want to shop at
Use the search bar at the top of the dashboard, or browse by all 1,000+ stores or by category — fashion, electronics, travel, health & beauty, and more. The store's page shows the live cashback rate, any known exclusions, and any retailer-approved promo codes.
3. Click through to the retailer
From the store's page, click Shop with Cashback (the exact wording may vary). This redirects you through the partner network, sets a tracking cookie in your browser, and lands you on the retailer's normal homepage. You're now ready to shop. See exactly why this step matters.
4. Shop and pay as normal
Browse the retailer like you always would. Add items to your cart, apply any retailer-approved discount code, choose your shipping, and check out. Don't switch browsers, don't switch devices, and don't open a third-party coupon site mid-purchase — any of those will break the tracking cookie. Pay with whatever payment method the retailer accepts; Kick never sees your card.
5. Watch your cashback land
Within minutes of completing the order, the cashback shows up in your Kick Cashback dashboard as Earned. Most categories then move to Available to claim quickly — see how fast cashback is confirmed. Travel, insurance and subscriptions take longer; that's a retailer constraint, not a Kick one.

How long until I can withdraw it?
For most retail categories, Earned cashback becomes Available to claim within minutes. Once Available, request a payout to your Australian bank account — funds land instantly via direct bank transfer (receiving banks can take 1-3 business days to show the funds).
